Screening and Selection

Force 2 believes that Security Guards are our first impression so their personality and physic should be attractive and a Security Guard should be well dressed, well groomed. Our Guards have to go through from a very strict screening so that they can give their best when required. They are fully trained for any unavoidable situations.

Our Essential Recruitment Qualitative Requirements are:

• Must be physically fit and mentally strong and mentally prepared to take decision in a friction of Second.
• Minimum Height should be 5ft 7 inch.
• 10th Pass but 12th pass preferably our first choice.
• Age should be between 21 to 45 years as per requirement.
• Should be able to communicate in Hindi and English.
• Must have reliable reference in Delhi.
• Extensive IQ and Physical Testing.
• Must have knowledge of Fire Fighting and should have knowledge of handling situation like this.
• Twice in a month, Refresher training will be going on their duty place by our NSG trainer.
