Terms & Conditions

1. Duration of Contract

The Contract shall be for a period of 12 months.

2. Increase in Rates

There shall be a 10% increase in rates after the end of 12 months or decided both party by mutual consent.

3. Offer of Employment

You shall not make any offer of direct employment to our staff deployed in your organization.

4. Complaints

Complaints about behavior of our personnel shall be made to our office. We after making proper investigation shall deal with the staff appropriately. However, in case of any complaint from the client about any of Force 2 deployed staff, we shall provide you with a suitable replacement.

5. Cash Transaction

There shall be no cash transaction between Client and Force 2 Staff without permission of FORCE 2.

6. Transfer of personnel

Though it is not our practice to transfer our staff from the site, we retain the option to transfer our staff for administrative reasons, after giving prior notice to the client.

7. Surprise Check

We can make surprise check through our mobile checking units to your premises any time during the day or night to ensure discipline, punctuality and alertness on duty on part of our company.

8. Mode and Time of Payment

Payments shall be made by means of a crossed Account Payee cheque on or before the 7th Day of each month on the basis of the bill we raise to the client which the client will receive on every 2nd day of the month.

9. Compensation of Loss

Any loss caused to the client due to any negligence or fault of our staff shall be suitably compensated to the client after full investigation by both the parties and after mutual consent.

10 .Dispute

All disputes shall be resolved according to the appropriate jurisdiction as per Indian Legal system
